Founded in 1996, Citybird of Belgium operated scheduled and charter passenger and cargo services around the world using a fleet of A300, B737, B767 and MD11s. The airline only existed for 5 years. We were lucky enough to catch its long haul fleet during that time. Produced in 1999 as 2 programs, each selling for $25, you can now get both programs on 1 DVD for only $20!!
On the Boeing 767-300 we follow a roundtrip flight from Brussels to the US with landings at Los Angeles and at the San Francisco area airport of Oakland. On the Douglas MD11 we follow a roundtrip flight from Brussels to the Caribbean with landings at Varadero in Cuba and Cancun in Mexico.
