Silk Way Airlines started operations on October 6th 2001. The airline uses AN-12BK and IL-76TD aircraft on cargo routes around the world.
This program is a unique opportunity to discover the amazing Ilyushin 76 and in this case on 2 very interesting routes into Afghanistan. One of the cameras captures the departures and arrivals from the glass nose and they are shown in their entirety from this great and unusual vantage point on the aircraft!
